What transport modes does Raja Gostar Hadaf offer?

We offer road freight, air cargo, ocean freight, customs clearance, and warehousing. We also provide multimodal solutions combining road, rail, air, and sea transport.

Which countries do you serve?

We serve 40+ countries across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Our primary corridors include Iran–Turkey–Europe (Germany, Austria, Netherlands, France, Italy) and Asia & Middle East (China, UAE, India, Iraq, Turkmenistan, Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan).

How do I get a freight quote?

You can request a free quote through our Contact page, by email at info@rajagostarhadaf.com, or by calling us directly. Please provide: origin & destination, cargo type, weight/volume, and required delivery date. We respond within 2 business hours.

Is cargo insurance included?

Standard CMR liability applies to all road freight shipments. We strongly recommend comprehensive all-risk cargo insurance, which we can arrange at competitive rates. Please ask our team when requesting a quote.

Do you handle customs clearance?

Yes, we have a dedicated customs brokerage team with expertise in Iran, Turkey, and EU customs procedures. We prepare all necessary documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, certificates of origin) and manage the entire clearance process.

What cargo types can you transport?

We handle general cargo, automotive parts, electronics, machinery, chemicals (ADR), pharmaceuticals (temperature-controlled), food products, textiles, and more. We cannot transport illegal goods, live animals without special permits, or prohibited substances.

What languages do you support?

Our team is fluent in Persian (Farsi), English, and Turkish. All documentation, contracts, and customer support are available in all three languages.
